Mr. Pradeep Gupta is the Managing Director of Luminous e-Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. A brain child company of his entrepreneurial venture, in the domain of e- commerce with over 18 years of vast experience backing him. He holds a varied experience in various sectors from Government to Corporate enterprises in the field of IT.
He is an astute academician with a Masters in Astronomical physics from Delhi University along with an array of Software professional certifications under his belt. A hands on professional on various aspects of IT such as web development tools, server applications, designing of end to end enterprise architecture, programming modules so on and so forth.
He has his vast contribution as DFO (Technology) in Cabinet Secretariat, Govt. of India with more than 09 years in the field of IT trainings, development, analysis & design, implementation of desktop/web applications, websites and with his skill set he has been instrumental in building and scaling up his first entrepreneurial venture as Technologies Pvt. Ltd. which is a Computer literacy and skill development hub with e-learning as its backbone structure. He presently heads the organization as a Director.
With a vast experience of IT in corporate sector especially core knowledge and implementation domains such as e-Governance, e-Commerce and Financial Inclusion, He always has a track record for Business continuity, customer centricity, passion for excellence and rigor in execution. He has proven to be a transformational leader and has been instrumental in turning around the various businesses that he has spearheaded within Government, Corporate and now as a Business Head.
